Amazingly enough, this is my first coloring attempt at my own character. A
lot to say here, for the anatomy, I took a picture of myself in that pose
and then analyzed it and used Blue's techniques to show the way it would be
laid out. It was tough but it turned out really well. Then after we got the
anatomy dealt with, I started to color. Man this one was FUN! If you look
closely you'll see a bit of fur texturing, I used one of the four layers to
do some scratching and then blurred it and messed with the transparency. It
turned out really well. I wish I could have done better with the shirt and
the eyes but I haven't had enough practice or training with those to make
them look right. Everyone else can do eyes with pupils but I have no clue
how to make that look right. Anyway the markings and colors turned out just
like how I wanted them to, which is pretty cool.
